This explains what the ONE in Marriage website collects, why, and what happens to it.
We use this to contact you about your registration and to run the weekend. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.
The three screening questions are answered in your browser and are never sent to us, never stored, and never shared with your partner. They only determine which screen you see next. Nobody on our team can see how you answered.
The 90-day survey saves your answers in your own browser as you go, so you can close the page and come back without losing your place. That copy stays on your device, is never sent anywhere, and is cleared the moment you submit. If you’re using a shared computer and would rather not leave it there, finish in one sitting or clear your browser data afterward.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card or bank details go directly to Stripe and never reach our website or our records. We can see that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the name and email attached to it — nothing more. Stripe's own privacy policy governs what they hold.
Registration confirmations and notifications are sent using Resend, an email delivery service. Your email address is shared with them only for the purpose of delivering those messages.
Jacques Bazinet and the people directly involved in running the program. The website itself is hosted on standard web hosting, which keeps routine server logs.
Registration details are kept while they are needed to run the program and meet tax and accounting obligations. Payment records are held by Stripe under their own retention rules.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your details once they are no longer needed for the program or required by law. Email jacques@sharingvitality.com.
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout page to process your payment securely.
This program is for adults. The website is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
